[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#811911: kmer-tools: FTBFS with GCC 6: declared in this scope

For the record: this component that fails to build (tapper) was not
considered usable by upstream in the first place [1]. It, together with
trie, should just be excluded from the source distribution. I would
still have to test whether there are any further problems using GCC 6.
