Hi,

Package fsa FTBFS on mips* and arm* with following error:
g++: error: unrecognized command line option '-m64'

-m64 flag is not supported on mips* and arm* achitectures.

Patch is tested on mips, mipsel, mips64el and i386.
Patch may fix the build for arm but it is not tested.
