[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#829741: pbbam: severity is important

Control: severity -1 important

I have reported this upstream, but have not gotten a response. It is not
clear that they care for 32-bit platforms. In any case, I do not think
that this bug represents a regression, because the first version
uploaded was a minimal early release. The latest uploaded version adds
much more functionality and runs a test suite that wasn't run before.
