Hi,

srst2 successfully builds on all architectures, but is not installable
on most of them (since it requires bowtie2 and samtools, which are
available only on a few platforms). This block migration to testing.

So add a B-D: bowtie2, samtools to only attempt to build where it is
installable (and automatically pick up new architectures if they gain
support), and once that has been built, request decrufting of the
"unusable" architectures.
