[Debian-med-packaging] migration exception for mhap

Hello,
The latest upstream release of the mhap package adds a new dependency on
libssw-java, which is not available for i386. The testing excuses page
for mhap currently says:

8 days old (needed 5 days)
mhap/i386 unsatisfiable Depends: libssw-java

May we have this package unblocked for migration?
