[Debian-med-packaging] libquazip updated to 0.7.2-1

Hi Andreas,

I imported the tarball file on 2016-06-18 by using

	$ gbp import-orig --uscan <origtarball>

and if I try to run

	$ gbp import-orig --pristine-tar <origtarball>

I get the following error message now:

	gbp:error: Upstream tag 'upstream/0.7.2' already exists

It looks like this was not correct, but how can I fix this?
