This package has been blocked from testing migration for a long time.
The testing excuses page mentions armhf, mips, powerpc, and s390x [1].
However, python-pysam is additionally not available for i386, (and
(recently) armel and mipsel.

P.S. Is there a way to avoid filing this removal for each new upload without copying the Depends list into Build-Depends?
