[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#753809: Bugs seems to have gone.

Hi, 

after resolving the locking problem with the communication and testing
up-and downloading to and Orthanc server I can not confirm the bug,
that is, after a round-trip the images don't contain any bogus tags. 

This holds for the combination of Ginkgo CADx and Orthanc available
from jessy, and for the current Debian/sid version of Orthanc in
combination of Ginkgo CADx as of [1].
