[Debian-med-packaging] sga repository branch names

Hi, all,
There were some issues with the branch names in the sga repository. The
way they were, I could not create the backports branch, so I have
renamed them to better follow DEP14. Whoever has a clone of this
repository may want to clone again or otherwise match their local copy
to the updated one.
