Many thanks, Sascha and Andreas. I didn't get a chance to check it out
today. To avoid this problem from coming up again, perhaps it would be
better to run sed at build time rather than use a quilt patch.
Especially if the test suite coverage is not adequate, we don't want to
miss fixing more import statements that may appear in newer upstream
releases. I can look into that as I test out these changes
