Hi Andreas, 

In this case the enum rundown_state is defined after the static
variable. 

I've added a patch to the package in the git repo 

   d/p/correct_rundown_state_definition.patch

that should correct this (not tested yet). 

Actually, this bug not unlikely related to the change of libc and has
more to do with the compiler becoming more strict with every new
release.
