[Debian-med-packaging] circlator (arch all) stuck in unstable because dependencies not available on i386

Hi, all,
circlator, an arch all package, can't migrate to testing, apparently
because a couple of its dependencies (bwa and spades) are not built on i386.

According to the FAQ at <https://www.debian.org/devel/testing>, there is
a hack in place to avoid this situation for the more exotic architecures.

Has anyone run into this problem before or know who to contact about
this? Should I post to debian-devel about it?
