that's ready as well, and just passed through a cowbuilder test (with
some manual intervention due the sparqlwrapper waiting for its
installation into the archive).

A releasable state is in the repository (89abef41e). It does not follow
DPMT policies yet and is therefore not yet moving in with DPMT -- that
can be done when there are not three packages waiting for this upload
any more, along with pending cleanup like making the tools package a
non-library package.
