This is the real error, the others may be ignored.
By default, sbuild tries to build "Arch: any" packages only.
[ That's what autobuilders always did traditionally because the
"Arch:all" packages were already in the archive, uploaded by the
maintainer ].
But this is a pure Arch:all package, so the sbuild default does not work.
Please try this way, it's what I usually do in my tests:
sbuild --resolve-alternatives --arch-all --no-arch-any -d stretch biojava4-live_4.1.0+dfsg-3
i.e. I only build Arch:all packages, even if the package also
would generate Arch:any packages as well.

The package will not be autoremoved today or tomorrow. In fact, I've
heard that as far as there is talk in the bug email address, the
autoremoval is disabled.
Please keep trying, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or whenever.
If the error does not happen in your system, there is still a lot of
hope that the test does not need to be disabled.
