Hi Andreas,

rgeos/R/Rgpc_funcs.R only says:

 ## Copyright (C) 2003-2010 Roger D. Peng <rpeng at jhsph.edu>    

but as Roger D. Peng is not mentioned anywhere else, there is no license 
for that file.
