This part is been the longer because I've been hit by the gradle bug
and then by a lack of free time...
I just uploaded htsjdk 2.7.0

I'm currently building it with the added dependencies. I should upload
it in a few minutes. Note that I choose to be tight: picard-tools depends
(at build an run time) on htsjdh >= 2.7 but also htsjdk << 2.8. We will
see in the future is this need to be relaxed.
