[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#840025: seqan2: FTBFS on non-x86: unrecognized opcode `rep'

Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of seqan2 for most non-x86 architectures failed with errors along
the lines of

    /tmp/ccYiXcnQ.s:25437: Error: unrecognized opcode `rep'

in various projects.  Could you please either accommodate these
architectures or restrict seqan2's Architecture field accordingly?
