Source: lambda-align
Version: 1.0.0-1
Severity: important
Justification: fails to build from source
The i386 build of lambda-align failed:
-- CMAKE_MODULE_PATH is /usr/share/seqan/cmake
CMake Error at src/CMakeLists.txt:32 (find_package):
By not providing "FindSeqAn.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has
asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "SeqAn", but
CMake did not find one.
Please either implement fallback logic or version the build dependency
on libseqan2-dev to (>= 2.2.0+dfsg-2~), with the trailing ~ to
accommodate hypothetical backports. (Yes, libseqan2-dev is
architecture-independent, but i386 still has -1 to match seqan-tools.)
Thanks!
