[Debian-med-packaging] Please add force hint to enable SSPACE testing migration

Hi,

please add a force-hint to add the testing migration of

   sspace 2.1.1+dfsg-2

While sspace is arch all it has an unsatisfiable Depends: bowtie on i386
which seems to block the testing migration.
