[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#842006: RM: src:python-pbh5tools -- ROM; source package renamed to "pbh5tools"

Several months ago, the python-pbh5tools package was renamed to simply
pbh5tools. The old source package (and the older versions of binary packages
it built) were not automatically removed--apparently because the renaming upload
was not part of a new upstream release. I did force upload of the upstream
tarball using the new source package name, however.
