You’re welcome. I was going to finish it yesterday but I since I couldn’t find a explicit copyright statement I raised https://github.com/COMBINE-lab/RapMap/issues/31. It looks like I could also have just used the lab as copyright holder, good to know. Maybe I was overly cautious as my current employer has quite strict rules who to use as copyright holder ;)
