[Debian-med-packaging] SeqAn2 git repo

Hi all,

I was just going to add proper Conflicts relationships to both seqan packages (for #838430) and also add missing CMake modules. Doing so I noticed that it looks like the seqan2 git repo is probably not up-to-date as the changelog still lists UNRELEASED? If anyone has some newer unpushed changes I would be happy if you could push them so I can work on the latest version — thanks!
