[Debian-med-packaging] Please give back seqan2 on i386

Hi,

please give back seqan2 on i386. There is a potentially temporary FTBFS [1] that I am unable to reproduce in a current unstable cowbuilder chroot on an i386 VM; it builds fine here for me. This build failure is currently blocking testing migration.

  gb seqan2_2.2.0+dfsg-2 . i386
