Thanks for reporting the issue and for submitting a fix!

For reference, this issue was fixed yesterday morning in the mainline of
the upstream project, with the following changeset:
https://bitbucket.org/sjodogne/orthanc-wsi/commits/a3e8ac8b7256cf2a989db36ea5f66dd68aa93719?at=default

Forthcoming upstream release orthanc-wsi 0.5 will ship this fix.
