[Debian-med-packaging] Help with new upstream version of Ugene

Hi,

Ugene seems to have switched upstream to cmake which requires some love
(= new packaging).  After adding cmake to Build-Depends I've got:


CMake Error: The source directory "/build/ugene-1.28.1+dfsg/obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/UGENE_LUPDATE=lupdate-qt5" does not exist.
Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI.


It would be really great if somebody would feel *really* responsible for
this valuable package - may be even doing the needed work to move it to
main by removing all binary files.

Any volunteer?
