Sorry about that — just filing apparently-separate issues as separate
bugs seemed the saner and approach. Private mail / IRC also is highly
undesirable, for obvious reasons.

It is? Ah, please mention that in the comment — I think it's a fair
interpretation of your comment that the current source package does
not contain it and anyone wishing to obtain a copy of the original
source needs to follow that URI.

Indeed, the couple of folks I just linked this report to also had the
same impression so I don't think it's just me. :)

If the above is true, from a DFSG point of view then I agree and
retitling etc. to match; I still believe this could be improved.
