[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#864376: falcon: properly fix test failure: Task Node(1-preads_ovl/m_00001) failed with exit-code=256

Hi Afif,

there is a new upstream version which I intended to give a chance
whether this issue might be fixed.  Unfortunately the get-orig-source
script fails - somehow the submodules are not cloned properly.

Before I'll dive into this, could you please have a look?
