[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#881360: /usr/lib/htslib unused by bcftools anyway

Hi Afif,

this message and the previous one hit me in a time of beeing busy with
other stuff.  I've removed the files in question now and closed the bug.

PS: You can always feel free to fix the issue in htslib (or whereever
you see a problem yourself - that's actually the prefered way to deal
with this. ;-) )
