[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#884221: r-cran-tidyr: Outdated version blocking another package

I am trying to update my package htmlTable (ie r-cran-htmltable) to its
current version. It has

 Imports:  stringr, knitr (≥ 1.6), magrittr (≥ 1.5), methods, checkmate,
   htmlwidgets, htmltools, rstudioapi (≥ 0.6), tidyr (≥ 0.7.2), dplyr (≥ 0.7.4)

and I already package rstudioapi which we did not have -- but am now blocked
by tidyr where we are behind.

Could you please package the current version?
