[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#873859: gasic: Please add arm64

Hi Edmund,

I need to admit I reverted enambling arm64 explicitly.  Gasic Depends
bowtie2 which is only available on amd64.  I uploaded a solution where
the package Build-Depends: bowtie2 - once this will be available for
arm64 gasic will be available automatically.
