Or the pkg-perl-autopkgtest upload which started to run tests in t/
recursively.
 
Interestingly, the tests pass during build and only fail during
autopkgtest. -- Maybe Modul::Build is the relevant part after all
(running Build.PL would be a difference between the two runs.)

Ok, with running `perl Build.PL' before the smoke tests we're down to
one probably unrelated failure. -- Ah, yet another file needed.
