[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#884475: clonalorigin: FTBFS on alpha: tests time out

Source: clonalorigin
Version: 1.0-2
Severity: important
Tags: upstream
Justification: fails to build from source
User: debian-alpha at lists.debian.org
Usertags: alpha

Builds of clonalorigin for alpha (admittedly not a release
architecture) have been failing due to a timeout when running the test
suite, presumably due to a hang or infinite loop somewhere:

  make check-TESTS
  make[3]: Entering directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/warg/src'
  make[4]: Entering directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/warg/src'
E: Build killed with signal TERM after 150 minutes of inactivity

Could you please take a look?

Thanks!
