[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#885045: amide: Depends on old GNOME libraries

Hi,

I've checked upstream VCS[1] which lists some commits from 2017 but
there is no sign for a GTK3 port.  I'm not sure whether we can do
the port inside Debian with a set of patches.
