[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#855430: examl: FTBFS on non-x86: unrecognized command line option ‘-msse3’

Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of examl for non-x86 architectures have been failing with

  gcc: error: unrecognized command line option ‘-msse3’

or similar errors.  Please remove this flag altogether, as it limits
the portability of the resulting binaries even on x86.
