[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#855881: freecontact: FTBFS in stretch (devlibs error)

I tried to build this package in stretch with "dpkg-buildpackage -A"
but it failed:

This may or may not be a bug in d-shlibs, but I'm not sure, so I'm
reporting this initially against freecontact, the failing package,
and I'm including Jonas in X-Debbugs-Cc.

The failure also happens here in testing at least:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/freecontact.html

so I assume it should be easy to reproduce on current stretch.

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends (for example,
d-shlibs), please use reassign and then "affects src:freecontact",
so that this is still visible in the page for this package.
