[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#849958: openmolar: Does not start; missing QtWebkit

Hi Dominik,

thanks for reporting this issue. I tried to upgrade openmolar to its
latest upstream version but I failed for very strange reasons[1]. Since
I did not managed to solve this and its probably to late to inject a
new upstream version in freeze time we probably can not ship openmolar
with Stretch after the removal of QtWebKit 4.

Dmitry, if you have any better idea that's perfectly welcome and
uploading the new version to unstable might not harm in any case but
I do not feel able to do this myself in a short time frame.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
