[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#851219: sra-toolkit: /usr/bin/kget is already shipped by the package kget

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.

   trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/kget', which is also in package kget 4:16.08.0-2
