[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#851472: librostlab-blast: autopkg test suite failure

Hi,

the autopkg test suite for librostlab-blast is constantly failing[1].  If you
want to recreate the autopkgtest environment in a lxc container feel free to
follow the advise I added to the Debian Science wiki[2].  The failure is:
