[Debian-med-packaging] Please do not add two DOIs for one citation (Was: [last-align] 01/01: Added DOI)

Hi Steffen,

please do not *add* another DOI since fields should not be duplicated.
At least for last-align wie now have two doi values:

last-align(master) $ grep -i doi debian/upstream/metadata
   doi: 10.1093/nar/gkq010
   DOI: 10.1093/nar/gkr1274

Please fix this since it creates import errors.

If there might be two *different* publications you need to add
two different citation sections.
