[Debian-med-packaging] camitk autopkgtest failing

Hi Emmanuel,

without having checked the camitk issue I'd recommend having a look
into both files of the test of njplot:

   https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-med/njplot.git/tree/debian/tests

(test depends in control as well as the xvfb call in the run script).
