[Debian-med-packaging] Source code location for Phylogenetic Analysis Library

Hi Matthew,

the Debian Med team has packaged your Phylogenetic Analysis Library for
official Debian as a predependency for prottest.  I was once downloading
the source code of version 1.5.1 from

   http://www.cebl.auckland.ac.nz/pal-project/

When trying to visit this page there is a redirect to

   https://github.com/LouisRanjard

which does not have the PAL project listed.  Continuing to seek on Github
I found:

   https://github.com/MichaelWoodhams/pal-mdw

which describes itself as

   "A modified version of the Phylogenetics Analysis Library (PAL, 1.5.1)"

no idea what this modification might be and how it relates to your
original PAL.  I've also found

   http://iubio.bio.indiana.edu/soft/molbio/evolve/pal/pal.html

which looks like a PAL homepage but its only featuring version 1.4 (and
previous).

It would help if you would give a hint where to find the latest source
code of PAL to enable us distributing it to Debian users.
