Hi,

the real build error of hilive is

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:37 (find_package):
  By not providing "FindSeqAn.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has
  asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "SeqAn", but
  CMake did not find one.

  Could not find a package configuration file provided by "SeqAn" with any of
  the following names:

    SeqAnConfig.cmake
    seqan-config.cmake

  Add the installation prefix of "SeqAn" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
  "SeqAn_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files.  If "SeqAn"
  provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been
  installed.

>From libseqan-dev 2.2.0+dfsg-5 to 2.3.1+dfsg-3 the seqan input files
have completely changed.  Any hint from somebody with more cmake
experience than I have whether I can / should fix hilive to adapt
properly or whether libseqan-dev needs to be adapted?
