[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#865012: htslib FTBFS on i386: test_vcf_{api, sweep} failed

Simply setting -ffloat-store didn't help to fix the tests, sadly --
neither did trying to build 1.5. Does anyone want to take a shot at this
or has got another idea? Otherwise I could file an issue upstream?

I'm just asking because this issue currently affects samtools, which
would in turn affect a lot of other packages.
