[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#865552: libbpp-phyl FTBFS with test failures

Hi,

I've uploaded a package including Julien's patch.  Looking at the
logs the situation has enhanced:

   https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=libbpp-phyl

Since I think the remaining build failures are of different nature (even
if these should be investigated - Julien is upstream and thus aware of
the issue) we should close the existing bug.

Is this OK?
