Source: htslib
Version: 1.4.1-2
Severity: important

As seen at <https://ci.debian.net/packages/h/htslib/unstable/amd64/>, the
htslib autopkgtest is broken in 1.4.1-2:

adt-run [07:45:16]: test run-unit-test: [-----------------------
gcc -g -O2 -fdebug-prefix-map=/build/htslib-7uSu1n/htslib-1.4.1=. -fstack-protector-strong -Wformat -Werror=format-security -I. -Wdate-time -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -c -o bgzip.o bgzip.c
gcc -g -O2 -fdebug-prefix-map=/build/htslib-7uSu1n/htslib-1.4.1=. -fstack-protector-strong -Wformat -Werror=format-security -I. -Wdate-time -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -c -o kfunc.o kfunc.c

gcc -g -O2 -fdebug-prefix-map=/build/htslib-7uSu1n/htslib-1.4.1=. -fstack-protector-strong -Wformat -Werror=format-security -I. -Wdate-time -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -c -o bcf_sr_sort.o bcf_sr_sort.c
make: *** No rule to make target 'cram/pooled_alloc.h', needed by 'bgzf.o'. Stop.

adt-run [07:45:18]: test run-unit-test: -----------------------]
adt-run [07:45:18]: test run-unit-test: - - - - - - - - - - results - - - - - - - - - -
run-unit-test FAIL non-zero exit status 2

Unfortunately Debian does not consider a regressed autopkgtest a blocker for
testing (which would be useful to help us improve the quality of the
release), but Ubuntu does, so FWIW this will block the new htslib from
reaching the next Ubuntu release until fixed.
