Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

0m41.7s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/share/doc/circos/orderchr.html -> /tools/orderchr/doc/orderchr.html
  /usr/share/doc/circos/filterlinks.html -> /tools/filterlinks/doc/filterlinks.html
  /usr/share/doc/circos/bundlelinks.html -> /tools/bundlelinks/doc/bundlelinks.html
  /usr/share/doc/circos/README.tableviewer -> /tools/tableviewer/README

Putting something in /tools would be a FHS violation ...
