Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

1m28.0s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/bin/autoligand -> ../share/pyshared/AutoDockTools/AutoLigand.py

But there is /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/AutoDockTools/AutoLigand.py
