[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#858430: seer: Not all scripts are installed in the binary package

Package: seer
Severity: grave
Tags: patch
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi,

the seer source contains a set of Perl scripts/*.pl which are only
partially installed into the binary package. This uselessly restricts
the usefulness of the package for several applications. Please install
all scripts in the scripts/ dir.

Kind regards

       Andreas.

PS: This is tagged patch since the patch will be propagated right to
    the packaging Git.
