[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#858527: samtools: uninstallable in experimental: unsatisfiable Depends: libhts1 (>= 1.4-1)

Hi Andreas,

the issue occured unfortunately since I forgot to rename the binary
package in libhts from libhts1 to libhts2.  I compiled samtools against
the old (not yet renamed libhts1) and accidentially run dput on it.

The bug can be fixed by a simply rebuild (binNMU?) of samtools.  How
can I trigger this?
