[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#859090: mapdamage has incomplete patch to not always find seqtk

Hi,

when Nadiya Sitdykova tried to create an autopkgtest for mapdamage it
turned out that the patch to find Debian packaged seqtk is incomplete.

A working patch can be found in packaging Git and will be uploaded soon.
